This is true for most of Cameroon. We have more statistics on young women because the pregnancy makes many go to the hospital where they get tested. Add the fact that women are always taken care of last after a male partner or husband the women die sooner than the HIV positive partner perpetuating the believe that it is women who bring AIDS into the family.
